THE RESIDENCE
A home that stands
on its own.
This isn’t an apartment over a store. It is approximately 2,038 square feet of thoughtfully rebuilt downtown living.
DESIGNED AS A HOME. NOT AN AFTERTHOUGHT.
Historic character.
Modern comfort.
Tall arched windows, premium hardwood floors, exposed brick accents and a dramatic coffered ceiling define the open living and dining space. The custom kitchen is part of the room rather than tucked away from it.
2,038± SF · 2 bedrooms + den/office · 2 full baths

THE KITCHEN
Made to be part of the room.
The custom-designed kitchen includes a breakfast bar, ample cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, opening directly into the living and dining space.

THE PRIMARY SUITE
Room to retreat.
The primary suite combines a large closet, laundry and a distinctive bath with a claw-foot soaking tub. West-facing windows bring afternoon light into the bedroom.

LIGHT FROM MORNING TO SUNSET
East to west. Light all day.
The residence’s east-west orientation changes the experience throughout the day. In the morning, sunlight enters through the approximately eight-foot-tall glass door at the east end and floods down the stairway. By afternoon, western light reaches the primary bedroom and living room.
And some evenings end like this.

THE ROOFTOP WAS PART OF THE PLAN
A rooftop deck was previously approved.
A rooftop deck was previously approved by the City of Lancaster as part of a building permit, although the project was ultimately not constructed after it was dropped for funding reasons. The approximately eight-foot glass door at the east end of the residence was incorporated with future rooftop access in mind. The upper landing was also pre-plumbed for a future wet bar, creating the potential for a convenient entertaining area adjacent to the planned rooftop access.
Prior approval does not represent current approval. A future owner should verify current zoning, building-code, structural and permitting requirements with the City of Lancaster.
